Instructions to install the application:

1. Download the .exe file in your system.
2. Run the .exe file
3. If system prompts for accessing permission, choose 'YES'
4. A folder will be created after installation which contains the application
5. Open the application
6. Choose the category of the road
7. Fill in all the required details and click on the submit button
8. Once submitted, the pdf file will be opened in the default pdf application of the system.
9. The pdf files generated through this application will be available in this folder
