What is this fixing or adding?
Update kivy to update native libs to hopefully fix some issues we saw.
(This will be required for py3.12 anyway)
If we get to fully test #2716 before this merged, this can be closed.
How was this tested?
Only on Linux: Launcher and TextClient from source on Arch Linux, AppImage on Ubuntu 22.04 and Arch Linux.
