When loading latest dev branch: 'Character Unicode code point outside encoder range' #175

When loading, we get a ZnCharacterEncodingError:

Character Unicode code point outside encoder range

MCVersionInfoWriter>>#writeVersionInfo: tries to decode using latin1, this is Pharo issue pharo-project/pharo#11226

I fixed the commit message using

git commit --amend

This way we do not depend on the Pharo level fix
