What I did
doing what i can to get
ape consoleto launch faster.You see some results here, but had to get every plugin loading faster first (there are PRs in every project.
But only seeing a 0.25 second less amount of time to launch a console so more work is needed but this is a good start- it kicks the can down the road to plugin registration i believe, tests prolly broken
