What I did
Delay config parsing until after init and avoid during help.
This is part of https://github.com/ApeWorX/ape/compare/main...antazoey:ape:perf/short-helps?expand=1 and necessary to get the actual perf boost to work, have to kick the bottleneck down the road.
