What I did
these were not the errors i set out to fix but ones i found along the way.
im still working on the bug im trying to fix...
fix: an issue where list config errors locations were never found in ape-config.yaml files
fix: an issue where missing key-based errors did not show any lines in config
fix: issue where could not merge configs if one type was a dict and the other was (mistakenly) some other type
