This is the svn://Ecamera/trunk tree.

The camera is a service, port 30001.  On OS X, the startup script is put
into /Library/LaunchDaemons

Then, the user telnets to the computer, port 30001, and commands the camera

doread 1.00 1 1 256.00 256.00 512.00 512.00
    exposure time in seconds
    binx, biny, center x, center y, length x, length y

    this rights an image into the directory pointed to by
    $HOME/config/ecamera.ini
