This sample webinstance has the minimal structure to work with sydney-core.

Explanations about all the folders :
config/ : contains all the config files for you instance. (db, general, ..).
html/: contains the visible part, accessible for the web (assets, images, ...)
layouts/ : contains the layouts where the content is injected and also some helper for menus.
var/ : contains the variable files like cache files or logs files
