Changes from Release 2 - Beta 2 - Mechanical:

• 5020 part cooling fans have replaced the 5015, for an additional 40% improvement in cooling
• The tool head has been lightened by over 15%, and stiffened by 25%

Changes from Release 2 - Beta 1 - Mechanical:

• removed the z nozzle switch, as it caused more issues than it actually solved
• replaced z nozzle switch with a brand new purge bucket and fixed z probe and probe dock design from papejelly.
• temporarily removed support for piton, this is moved into STLs/Misc/Legacy
• added support for mellow mosquito style hotend: it is 2mm longer and requires a new mount

Changes from Release 1.2 - Mechanical:

New XY Gantry Design Using the following:

• 12mm XY Belts.
• MGN12c Rails in the stationary position.
• MGN12c Rails in the XY cross with 1515 backers.
• the rails have now rotated for maximum stiffness.
• the Part-Cooling has been optimized for minimal losses, been brought closer to the nozzle and is now 30% more effective according to real world and FEA testing.
• the Tool-head has been completely redesigned from the ground up, stiffness has been increased by over 250% at the nozzle, this results in much improved layer stacking
• the standard Hotend has moved to a Mosquito style - high flow rate variant for servicing/packaging reasons
• the standard extruder has moved to Sherpa Mini, from Bondtech BMG, Ascender support will come with future revisions

Notes:

• Currently not all of the STLs are in the STLs folder to print an entire machine, the sourcing guide is incomplete (specifically the hardware count), and the generic configurations are not updated. Please use discord for support.

• add new Double Door design to machine:
  • compatible with optional laser cut side panels
  • constructed from 6mm Acrylic with a 3mm gasket (or 3mm with a 6mm gasket) for utmost stability
  • available in 2 or 3 hinge variants
  • secures shut using countersunk magnets
