foam v0.3.1-alpha

Pre-production alpha release. Nearly all features are working and foam is quite usable but bugs still exist!

Numerous quality of life and design fixes.

• Fixed feature icon highlighting.
• Fixed Menu item highlighting and underlining.
• Fixed thumbnail aspect ration issue.
• Clear and save now buttons in drop down queue
• New playlist creation in hidden track menu is now a button
• First implementation of themes in settings menu (buggy - requires page refresh).
• Theme preference saved in cookie.
• All css colours are now variables so can be changed by theme.
• Editable theme settings in foam.conf.php.
• Fixed artists label on search results page by making it a button.
