I'm an Italian guy interested in Cyber-Sec, Networking, and developing software.

From a young age, I was captivated by the world of computers. My journey commenced in middle school, where I embarked on a self-taught exploration of HTML. This initial spark ignited a lifelong passion for Computer Science.

In pursuit of my passion, I pursued a high school education in Italy with a specialized focus on Computer Science. Over the years, I garnered a comprehensive understanding, ranging from the fundamentals of PC operations to proficiency in multiple programming languages, networking protocols, database architecture, and cybersecurity principles.

A pivotal moment in my journey occurred during a transformative exchange year in Knoxville, Tennessee. It was there that I had the privilege of being mentored by a seasoned professional in cybersecurity (my host dad). Introduced to the fascinating realm of penetration testing, I was enthralled by its complexities and challenges.

I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Univesity of Insubria (Following the advice host dad). During my final year I engaged in an internship at Cybergon, an esteemed Italian cybersecurity company. Here, I undertook a significant project: the implementation of an on-premise distributed malware analysis system, leveraging the Open-Source Project CapeV2. Upon the culmination of my internship, I was offered a position as a cybersecurity specialist.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a commitment, I embarked on a part-time journey at Cybergon while pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Milan. This dual commitment has allowed me to integrate theoretical insights with practical experiences, honing my skills in both offensive (Red Team) and defensive (Blue Team) strategies.

As I continue to evolve professionally, I am actively pursuing certifications such as CPTS (Red Team) and CDSA (Blue Team) from HTB, further enriching my expertise in the field. Moreover, I devote time to personal projects in my home lab, exploring advanced topics like Active Directory and Kubernetes, which serve as both learning opportunities and avenues for innovation.

Looking ahead, my aspiration is to return to the United States and contribute to the dynamic landscape of cybersecurity. I am excited about the prospect of leveraging my diverse skill set and experiences to tackle complex challenges and drive impactful solutions in this ever-evolving field.
