See title.
Why
Someone asked me about the growing of larger and smaller text sizes. It appeared this info had become incorrect. I also found the related sentences too unwieldy.
How
Rewritten it as compactly as I could.
I also changed the headings to sentence cases – apparently, we missed this file in #1565.
