Implemented simple wrapper around Mason for simulating short-read Illumina data from amplicons.
Example invocation via command line:
python ./software/ecSimulator/src/run_mason.py --mason_path ./software/mason2-2.0.9-Linux-x86_64/bin/mason_simulator -o ./test --amplicon_fasta ./amplicon1.fasta --amplicon_coverage 20 --num_threads 4
