[Setup] Allow preserving current Proton installation #51

Adds a --preserve script option, that when used, does the following

Creates a custom copy of proton in ~/.local/share/Steam/compatibilitytools.d/ when using the install command
Deletes the custom copy entirely when using uninstall

Symlinking to the custom copy works as it does when modifying the existing installation.
