IVSCC would like to perform manual QC on sweeps from stimulus types other than the ones displayed by default. Specifically, we would like to look at voltage clamp sweeps recorded from nucleated patches. There is some additional functionality needed to assist in this manual QC.

Desired functionality:

  1. Menu option to display all sweeps recorded in one experiment.
  2. Menu option to filter sweeps based on stimulus type
  3. Tab to display averaged experiment epoch for "passed" sweeps of specific stimulus types
  4. Tab to display overlay of experiment epoch for "passed" sweeps of specific stimulus types
  5. Column to display Multiclamp Commander (MCC) settings for all sweeps
  6. Column to display access and input resistance of test pulse for all sweeps

Tasks:

  • Add filter menu to MainWindow and options to display all sweeps or filter sweeps by type
  • Add actions and functions to PreFxController to display all sweeps or filter sweeps by type
  • Add tab to MainWindow to display averaged sweeps and to display overlaid sweeps
  • Add functions to average and overlay sweeps
  • Add columns to SweepPage to display access and input resistance of test pulse as well as MCC settings
  • Add functions to display access resistance, input resistance, and MCC settings
