Cell-detector installation failed #14
Comments
Thanks for your interest in our work. We are in the process of shipping the cell detector package from an internal bitbucket to this new public github organization. Do you mind sharing what are you planning to do exactly? Testing on your own data? Or trying to reproduce our results? If possible, I would suggest to try our the basic version (the main difference is not using the bright field channel): Let me know if there is anything I can help at the moment, while we are working on the cell detector code shipping. Thanks! |
Thanks for your reply. I'd like to use your model to segment our multi-channel mass cytometry data. I tried the basic version but it couldn't segment any cells while at least thousands of them can be recognized by eyes. That's why I'd like to try the "plus" version to see if it works.

I see. In your specific scenario, you may have to re-train the models, since our models were pre-trained only on our 100x confocal microscopy images |
Thanks for the insights. I have to use pre-trained models due to the experiment design. The resolution for my image is 1x1x2 microns for each voxel. Which model in the zoo would you recommend for testing?

I am afraid none of our pre-trained model will get good results off-the-shelf. |
Dear Dr. Chen,
I hope this email finds you well. Thanks for your reply previously on my questions on Allen Cell Structure Segmenter. I'm currently looking to download the training data of model "DNA_MEM_instance_plus_LF", "DNA_MEM_instance_plus_LF_two_camera" and "DNA_MEM_instance_basic". I checked the Allen Cell Collection but there are so much data in it. Would you please point out what exact data you used to train these models and where I could download it?
Thanks so much in advance!
Thanks,
Haoran
