Added capability for downloading other Quilt packages. Use as:

cvapipe_analysis loaddata run

to download the main dataset, or

cvapipe_analysis loaddata run --dataset i2

for downloading the i2 dataset. Other datasets are: non-edge, edge, m1, m2, i1, i2.
