This PR adds the CellProfiler project file (.cpproj) used to compute CellProfiler features. A user would need to load this file into the CellProfiler GUI and change the paths to point to their downloaded location of the npm1 perturbation dataset. This file will then produce a MyExpt_Image.csv output that contains 81 features used for the q-value statistic analysis
