I don't fully expect the Windows or Linux builds to work, but macOS should.
Also fixes Windows Qt5 path
Also renames artifacts in preparation for releases

This PR adds GitHub Actions support, which includes Windows, Linux, macOS, and FreeBSD Builds. It also adds support for automatically publishing releases.
You will need to turn on write access for GitHub actions in this repo.
