[ACS-5932] - Sidenav not able to expand when search page is closed #3412

What is the current behaviour? (You can also link to an open issue here)
Closing the search page is not chaning state of sidenav in preferencesServices (and thus in localStorage) and page reload is required.

What is the new behaviour?
Closing the search page is opening navbar as expected.
