Updated Moves

Following are the moves that have been updated in each generation. Note that only the base statistics of the moves are updated when using this setting; additional effects are not added (for example, updating moves to Generation 8 will update Rapid Spin's power to 50, but it will not grant the Speed increase that was added in Generation 8). Updating moves to a certain generation will also include all updates from previous generations (for example, updating a Generation 5 game's moves to Generation 7 will also include all updates that happened in Generation 6).

Note In Generation 6, Storm Throw and Frost Breath had their power increased from 40 to 60; however, critical hits deal 1.5x damage instead of 2x damage in Generation 6 onwards. As such, when updating moves to Generation 6+, their power is set to 45 instead of 60 to achieve the same effective damage (90).
