What is currently missing?

Currently Superadmins are not able to access coral

How could this be improved?

Allow superadmins to use the new updated coral UI.

1. Remove the feature flag allowing access to coral
2. Update banner links for the superadmin in angular
3. Add banner links for the parts of the UI that are still required to be used by the e.g. (teams where reg users can use the old UI but superadmins administer through the old UI.
4. Put checks in to see if they should be able to create a request through the new UI, for topics, connectors etc.
