Experiment_804

How to build

Anyone with access to the source archive, can launch Unity and open the project at the location of said archive. Then, through Unity, they can customize their own build settings and export it.

Access to the source archive: https://github.com/AeonOrderGames/Experiment_804

How to launch the game

To be able to play the game, the user must run the Experiment_804.exe file. Once that file is open the user must press the "Play" button in the main menu to start the game. If the users want to quit the game one of them can do so by pressing "Quit" in the main menu right away or by pressing alt + F4 while playing.

2. Assets

For this project a few assets were used from the Unity store and various other places to make some aspects of the code simpler to implement.

2.4 - Shine Shader

The shine on interactable objects was achieved by using a shader made by Kaan Yamanyar and Levent Seckin, found on the Unity forums as an answer to a question. https://answers.unity.com/questions/932093/make-2d-sprites-glow.html

2.5 - Character Controller 2D

Our leg and arm movement used a 2d character controller based on the Unity standard assets 2d character controller, modified by Asbjørn Thirslund of the youtube tutorial channel "Brackeys". https://github.com/Brackeys/2D-Character-Controller
