Move openexr repo to AcademySoftwareFoundation organization

Now that OpenEXR has been officially adopted by the Academy Software Foundation and has cleared the "project incubation" phase, we're ready to move the GitHub repo into the ASWF organization.

The URL of the GitHub repo will change from https://github.com/openexr/openexr to https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/openexr.

This should be a transparent change. The old URL will redirect to the new location. If you have a fork of the repo, it should update and continue to work fine. The other associated repos, such as https://github.com/openexr/openexr-images will move as well.

After the move, the new automated CLA system should activate as well, after which submitting a pull request will automatically prompt to establish a contributor license agreement if you haven't already.

This move is complete. The OpenEXR repo is now located at:

https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/openexr

We'll update the references to the URL in the repo documentation and on the website shortly, although the old URL will redirect to the new repo location.

Piotr Stanczyk pointed out that one of the website links doesn't redirect since it was pointing to the github organization rather than the repo, so we should update soon:

points to:
https://github.com/openexr

I can fix that next week since the website is still in the Lucasfilm organization.
