Adding multisig support for abstract deployment. cw3-flex and cw4-group is used for that.

Added scripts

  • Update to multisig: will deploy cw3 and cw4 with given group and move admins(cw-ownable/gov/migrate) to cw3 and create proposals to accept them
  • Propose to migrate: will upload new contracts and create proposal to migrate contracts to the new code ids
  • Template for creating proposals
