I am Aadesh Varude, a dedicated graduate student pursuing a Masters of Science in Robotics Engineering at Worcestor Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Massachusetts, USA, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I earned a Bachelor's in Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a GPA of 8.45/10. from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India.
Currently, I am thrilled to be part of Nokia Bell Labs as a Computer Vision and Deep Learning Summer Intern, where I am engaged in an exciting project involving 3D point cloud reconstruction. During my tenure at WPI, I have developed a keen interest in deploying classical and deep learning-based Computer Vision techniques for robotics applications. My coursework at WPI has significantly honed my skills in robot controls and motion planning, utilizing both classical and reinforcement learning approaches.
I am proud to have been a core member of IvLabs for three years, working closely with Dr. Shittal Chiddarwar. My experience at IvLabs was enriching, allowing me to contribute to projects such as the Reconfigurable Snake Robot, Hand Gesture Controlled Laptop, and developing perception and path planning algorithms for mobile robots in ROS and Gazebo. Additionally, I had the privilege of being a Robotics Summer Intern at the Institute of Control Systems at TUHH, Hamburg, Germany, under the guidance of Dr. Herbert Werner. During my internship, I worked on developing walking trajectories and a perception stack for a humanoid robot.
I am passionate about Robotics and AI and actively seeking opportunities to further apply my skills and knowledge in these domains. Let's connect and explore how we can collaborate to push the boundaries of Robotics and Computer Vision together!
