this should be a possible fix for #14172 unable to switch sd checkpoint because of the patch is already applied
whitch was caused by #14170 Add support for SD 2.1 Turbo
@MrCheeze can you take a look, I have no played with turbo, so I've only look at the code logic and infer what should be done but I can't be 100% sure if I'm correct here
