STM32 : new DISCO_WB5MMG target

Summary of changes

I would like to introduce the new Discovery kit based on STM32WB5MMG:

• 1-Mbyte Flash memory
• 256-Kbyte SRAM
• in Module RF package
• Dual-core 32‑bit (Cortex-M4 and dedicated M0+ CPU for real-time radio layer)

• All tests are OK for GCC and ARM
• CI test shield OK
• CL1 and CL2 tested.

For information, some other steps will follow in other PR:

• QSPI support
• STMOD+ connector addition and test
