@hut104 yes this is the last commit.

Just so you know where we are at:

• Apsim Classic (observed data is done, simulations have not been converted over)
• Ayr (observed data is done, simulations not created)
• Emerald (observed data is done, simulations done)
• Narrabri (Steve) (observed data is done, simulations done)
• Narrabri (Rose) (observed data is done, simulations done)
• Ord River (did not receive the data)
• Katherine (did not receive the data)

You can find the observed data spreadsheets in the following directory,
ApsimX\Prototypes\Cotton\munge-experiment-data\output

You will have to rename the columns as you create the actual names for variable outputs for the new cotton model.

I have not merged them all into one single observed spreadsheet to make this renaming of columns etc easier.

Let me know if you have any questions on what I have done.
