Please use the issue templates

We understand that filling out the template takes time. But most issues are specific to particular systems or data, and we need to know as much as possible about the problem.

Before opening an issue, please check previous issues and the ANTs wiki:

The best way to search issues and the wiki is by using the main Github search bar at the top of the page. Enter search terms and select "In this repository".

If you find a related issue but still have questions, please open a new issue and include a link to it. You can do this by typing a hash symbol and the number of the issue, eg #939
