1.6 will update Reference only for PublicKeyToken=8337224c9ad9e356.
Therefore, we should remove/upgrade package as it was installed before, i.e. via nuget.

If you need to save settings: just remove <Reference Include="DllExport">... yourself, then configure it as described in help.

In general, this can cause difficulties for some users, thus I'll add optional key to update any references.

Right click for `Installed` checkbox will show item 'Limitation of actions if not used PublicKeyToken'. Uncheck this to avoid limit.

Right click for Installed checkbox will show item 'Limitation of actions if not used PublicKeyToken'. Uncheck this to avoid limit:

limit_publickeytoken

You can also "activate" this feature for already released 1.6, for example:

(set dst=fix%random%%random%) & (DllExport -pkg-link https://ci.appveyor.com/api/buildjobs/a38j6gcu3tmrfsfl/artifacts/bin/Release/DllExport.1.6.0.nupkg -action Configure -packages %dst%) & (rmdir /S/Q %dst%) & (DllExport -action Update)

It will use this nightly build just for configuring. Then it will update settings to use your selected package again.
