Meet with VEDA & devseed folks about QGIS integration work

I'm meeting folks from devseed & veda on Feb 15 to discuss next steps for the QGIS integration work. This issue just tracks this meeting.

This went great! I've opened https://github.com/2i2c-org/meta/issues/871 to formalize one part of this.

The other key takeaways from this are:

1. @batpad is now the 'jupyterhub team lead' with NASA VEDA (more info at Meet with VEDA & devseed folks about QGIS integration work  #3692).
2. He'll be organizing and tackling work around Feature Request: Ability to link web visualization to QGIS application in JupyterHub #2985 (with input from me)
3. There will probably be a new repo under https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/ for him to organize work around that.

I think the primary action item here for 2i2c is really to tackle https://github.com/2i2c-org/meta/issues/871. I think the devseed / 2i2c collaboration is starting pretty well :)
