This is a quarterly update for the 2i2c blog! See the host issue for more background information (2i2c-org/team-compass#235).

I decided not to include a paragraph about open source contributions, because I wasn't sure the best way to surface this information, it's already mentioned here and there in the text, and I didn't want to block this post. I think we can continue iterating on the structure of this post in the future, and find a way to interweave that content into it. If somebody feels strongly that we should hold off, don't hesitate to speak up!

I addressed each of your smaller suggestions, though not sure whether to block this PR on the open source section or not, what do you think?

I've been playing around with some visualizations / stats / etc for our open source stuff, but I'm not yet sure enough if it's the right kind of content. So, if nobody objects then I'll plan to:

  • Remove the open source section
  • Post this tomorrow morning (California time) and send it to our mailing list as well
