Add lds.org

LDS.org was rejected in 2015 (#1221) but a lot has changed and the site now does support two-factor authentication. I noticed it missing since my password manager's suggestions for enabling 2-factor auth did not include it, and its list is sourced from this project.

Criteria:

• Personal information: users' accounts include full name, address, phone numbers, email address, date of birth, information about family members, as well as information specific to church membership such as baptismal date, current volunteering roles, etc (more information)
• Data: in addition to personal data, authorized users have access to membership and financial records for their congregations. A user's account is also used for family history site FamilySearch.org, which would have full names, birthdates, relationships, etc for family members.
• Money: Since 2016 users can make donations from their account using preauthorized debit, as well as view donation history associated to their account
