TG 1087 Maintenance - Migrating from Styled-Components to CSS Modules #38

This PR removes styled-components and introduces css modules in order to decrease the inital project dependencies and simplify the migration to the newer app router.
Taiga US details: #1087

This PR incorporates all the changes made in these PRs #37 #35
