Description of the Change
This PR updates gist and sample file references to ones hosted in this repo's wiki instead of external party gists so that these examples are more officially under control of this project.
Alternate Designs
Keep as-is, but remain unable to edit existing examples.
Benefits
Ensures as updates are needed to examples that they can be made by the Eight Day Week project team.
