The futureautomations Readme needs an update so that people who want to contribute to the futureautomations repository know how the project flow works.

I think we need:

• an overview of what Future Automations is
• how it differs from the website repo
• an overview of the process for automation approval and development (?)
• how new users get access (?)
• the process for an FA item to move to its own repo (?)

Some quick ideas:
FutureAutomations is the hatching ground for new and in-progress automation ideas (not to be confused with the repo for the 100 Automations website itself). Newly submitted automation ideas go into the Icebox, and when approved for development go into Prioritized Backlog. Once they are underway, they move to In Progress.
Those looking for an existing automation to help on can check (Backlog? in-progress?)

Once (something important), the automation will get its own repository, and a project card on the 100 Automations home page.

After (some level of development/approval), the automation will graduate off the Future Automations board to join the list on our way to 100.
