We need to add title cards for futureautomations project board so people viewing it can understand where the automations stands in the process.

Action Items

• Create title note cards that explains each column for the project board
• Ensure the cards explain how to move to the next column

Hi @Olivia-Chiong, @ExperimentsInHonesty - I've added title cards to the futureautomations project board. Some further comments from doing this:

• I see the futureautomations project board as user facing so I developed the notes with supporting UX for ideators and developers in mind
• Since it's user facing, it would be helpful to get it reviewed for clarity and sense by the whole team before a final pass by product

@nahyungkim1220, @superbunker @mdothman can you please have a look at these cards so we can be ready to discuss feedback on Saturday on whether the notes in the columns:

• make clear what the cards in the column contain
• there is a clear and easy to understand workflow from one column to the next

Questions/Stakeholder Signoff column

The original purpose of the Questions/Stakeholder/Signoff column is for the following activity:

• Request 100 Automations team to review or answer questions
  • If we approve it goes to Prioritized backlog
  • if we answer question it goes back to unclaimed half-baked ideas

Unclaimed/Prioritized Backlog

This text is not accurate for MVP. We won't reach out to put things on the website until it's in progress. So you can move that text to the in progress column card. Unless you decide we will put prioritized backlog automations on cards for the MVP, but as it stands we don't have a card format for those and they are different (e.g., they don't have repos so there is no readme, etc).
This is also the stage where the 100 Automations team will reach out to get the automation up on the website 🛠

What is your plan for automations that turn out not to be created. For instance the one that is in there now, didn't need to be created because it already exists?
