Usage related changes

  • Adapt to Starknet (cairo-lang) 0.12.0 (stable, after adapting to the pre-release in Adapt to Starknet / cairo-lang 0.12.0a0 #512)
  • Use cairo compiler v2.0.0 by default
  • Fix run.md (update the copy-paste of starknet-devnet --help)
