Update testing artifacts in abi-gen

In abi-gen, we have some compiled artifacts that we use for testing. Occasionally we have to update them.

I discovered via #2243 (comment) that the latest version of sol-compiler introduced some ordering changes that made the diff noisy. I reverted changes there, but we should update the artifacts in a separate PR so that future diffs will be easy to read.

This is a minor chore task.
