More intuitive place for controller updates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Based on this, to OTW update the controller within Z-Wave JS UI, you have to go into the FAB and click on advanced actions. This isn't very self evident when browsing the UI and isn't consistent with other devices, which can be done from inside the device page. I also checked the "Advanced" button in the device page before finding it within the FAB

Describe the solution you'd like
The update interface should either be within the device page or within the advanced device setting for the controller.
