Describe the bug
The JCL member SZWESAMP(ZWESECUR) references the v1 STC name of ZWESVSTC

To Reproduce
Look at the PDS member line 98

//         SET  ZOWESTC=ZWESVSTC     * Zowe started task name

Expected behavior
v2 STC is ZWESLSTC
The line should be updated
