In the future, maybe we could publish the Rust keyring backend used by the Secrets SDK as a secrets-core crate:
https://github.com/zowe/zowe-cli/tree/master/packages/secrets/src/keyring

This would make it easier to create Rust bindings for other languages like Python - see zowe/zowe-client-python-sdk#208
