Is your request for enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Node 22 is scheduled for LTS release later this month (Oct 29 2024). We have tested that Zowe CLI supports it with the exception of the DB2 plug-in which does not.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a note to the Zowe CLI installation requirements warning that Node 22 is not yet supported by the DB2 plug-in.
