API ML support for SAF KEYRINGS

Ensure the API ML functions as expected when provided with a keyring instead of keystore.

Enhance the API ML to support SAF KEYRINGS, enabling it to store private keys and trusted certificates for all applications running on z/OS in RACF, Top Secret, ACF2, so that it's possible to upgrade from a zFS filesystem KEYSTORE configuration and have a more secure implementation.

Objectives:

Validate and Document that SAF Keyrings can be used by APIML and Enablers:

• Configure SAF Keyrings to be used by the APIML ENABLERS (without keystore)
• Create and run Integration tests
• SAF Keyring support for API ML documented in Zowe Docs API ML space
• SAF Keyring support for Enablers documented in Zowe Docs API ML space (how do i configure Enablers to connect Keyrings)
• SAF keyring support demo'd at Zowe solution demo
• ZAAS client support SAF keyrings
• Integration tests on Marist
• Final pass on documentation

Validation to be done following Keyring support #1177
