Citeseer has a new website / engine, since maybe 2022 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help_talk:Citation_Style_1/Archive_86#citeseerx_links_are_ALL_dead. I was thinking somebody would fix it without me doing anything... but I guess not. I looked at trying to fix the translator myself but I don't know the Zotero API or anything, so here are my notes:
That was as far as I got, there is a thread which says you can't make HTTP requests in a translator.
