Bug: Internal: Cannot uninstall ____ extension.

VSIX Manager is struggling to handle dependencies, especially around uninstalling. Running the uninstall command multiple times will get them but generates a lot of unneeded errors.

Possible solution is to expect users to install dependencies first and then run the uninstall command across the array of extensions in reverse of the install command.
