Environment

  • Server OS: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
  • Browser: All
  • Znuny version: 7.1.3

Expected behavior

When you click the mentions icon in the toolbar, you should see a list of all mentions.

Actual behavior

When a ticket containing a mention is archived, the mention is still counted in the toolbar. However, the ticket will not appear in the mentions view.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go into a ticket
  2. Mention an agent (e.g., yourself)
  3. Archive the ticket
  4. The ticket, having been archived, is still pinned to the toolbar but is no longer visible in the main view.
