Remove ZetaChain chain params

Describe the Issue
We currently have a chain param value for ZetaChain in live networks (testnet, mainnet).
Having this doesn't make sense as chainParams are used to customize observation, we still have these values due to previous functioning of the network using ZetaChain chain params.

There are currently still some part of the code using ZetaChain chain params, this issue is about removing these so ZetaChain chain params can completely be removed on live networks.
