Description

It is impossible to revoke reports from the web interface if you are not the bot owner and even if you have explicitly set the permission on sp.guild.mod.report.revoke.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a report
  2. Add sp.guild.mod.report.revoke to a role of the executing user
  3. Revoke the created report in the web interface
